HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE SENT OUT? We like to get our orders moving as fast as possible. Typically 1 - 3 business days dependent on the size of your order and the time of year with busy sales periods sometimes taking a few more days to get moving.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE TO SEND MY ORDER WITHIN AUSTRALIA? We use Australia Post - Standard for all orders under or over $100 which receive FREE standard shipping. Should you choose an 'Express shipping' option we use Australia Post - Express or DHL Express dependent on your location. For our planter range we only use TNT/FedEx as we palletize all planter orders.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes we certainly do. We offer Australia Post International services in 'Standard' and 'Express' shipping options along with DHL Express which you can choose from at Check-out. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size and weight we do not ship our planter range internationally.
