Mr Pinchy & Co aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days. This can vary dependent on the size of your order and shipping volumes which can be affected by key sales periods throughout the year.

CARRIERS:
Mr Pinchy & Co use trusted carries such as Australia Post, TNT/FedEx and DHL Express for domestic and international orders. Once your order is dispatched from our DC (Dispatch Centre) you will receive a tracking email informing you of the approximate delivery time. Any delays or changes to that delivery time are out of Mr Pinchy & Co's control and are at the carriers discretion. FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping applies to all orders over $150.00 excluding our 'AZTECA' planter range. All planters are palletized for sending using a special TNT tailgate service, meaning your planters are delivered to ground level of your residence.
